Introducing "Mexican Delights" by Riley and Halle

Our food truck is "Mexican Delights."  It's the best mexican in the universe!  We have a variety of food so please stop by.  It's terrific and delicious!  You can find us all over the U.S.A.

Our truck is yellow, with a chip bag and a plate on the roof, and a rosy red door.  There are squiggly lines near the serving window.  The window also has a shade with a blue strip on it.

For our menu, we have appetizers, meals, refrescos, and los desierters.  Trust us, our food is always good!  Refrescos are drinks and los desierters are desserts.

Our food truck is a great restaurant.  We have you sit and see what you want, then you can go up to our window and order it.  Then you can sit back down on our cute deck.

Our truck has been awarded five stars!  It is a quality truck!

The truck food you find at "Mexican Delights" is awesome!  It tastes soooo good!  We make it fresh and delightful.  The only way you can tell for yourself is if you come and visit!

We have a very special deal on Fridays.  We know that everyone likes to go out to eat on Friday, so our deal is 20% off on Fridays.

Our logo is a taco with a Mexican hat and a smile.  We chose this because it is funny and it is Mexican-like.

Introducing "Shakin' Bacon" by Alexa and Lauryl

Welcome to "Shakin' Bacon!"  Here, everything is homemade.  If you hear "Oink, Oink," that means our truck is nearby.  We stand out because "Shakin' Bacon" is a pink food truck and it is huge!  On the front, there is a pig face and then it has a tail on the back.  Our motto is "Live Free and Eat Bacon!"  The serving side of our truck has a homey feel from the striped curtains to the yellow outlines of our windows!  We hope you enjoy our food truck!

"Shakin' Bacon" is 5 star rated.  It is really clean and has some of the best food in town.  If you like weird combinations, you should come visit us.  We sell many things including bacon sundaes, bacon rice, and bacon muffins.  Visit "Shakin' Bacon" to see the rest of our menu.

If you get to "Shakin' Bacon" as the first customer of the day, you will get to have a special sale.  You will receive half off any item.  This sale comes every day, so there's no rush...just try to be first every day!

"Shakin' Bacon" can be found in two places: Daniell Park and Sunapee.  We are open Monday through  Friday at Daniell Park from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  We will be in Sunapee on Saturday at the same time.  Listen for the "Oink, Oink!"

Introducing "Muffin Manor" by Brooke

This is the most amazing food truck trailer called "Muffin Manor!"  Our motto is "Be a Sophisticate Muffin!"

This food truck sells assorted, very delicious, muffins.  They are all for a dollar.  See our menu for all our various muffins!

For the fun of our food truck, you can see the tiny stove pipe puffing steam out of the top of "Muffin Manor."

This food truck is the best because it has great service and the muffins are really good also.

We are found everywhere and are open double hours on Friday.

We are also rated 5 stars!  (The highest you can get!)

Introducing "The Pretzel Palace" by Cam

My truck is The Pretzel Palace.  It is the best because it is one of the newest ideas.  The prices are fair, too.  So please stop by the best food truck ever!  You won't regret it!

We sell pretzels, 7 kinds.  We also sell water and soda.  I also do special things like give coupons for a free pretzel sometimes.  And the M.A.P. is a big, big pretzel with good toppings.  It is only sold on Sunday.

You'll know that we are coming when you see a tanish and brown truck.  A big pretzel is on the side of our truck.

A special thing we do at The Pretzel Palace is give out riddles.  Who ever gets the riddle correct, will get a free choice of a pretzel!

My menu includes big and small pretzels.  We also have drinks and dips for a good price.

My food truck is good because it is unique, new, and it's the best food truck!  The food is delicious - homemade, not bought!

You can find us in Maine, NH, and New Jersey.  My truck is open at noon until 6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and the weekend.

Promotional Photos

On Food Truck Friday, we offered free samples to our new little food truck community!  It was also photo shoot day!  We took all kinds of photos and tried to capture all the wonderful details of each unique new food truck or trailer.

This week as we get ready to introduce our food trucks and trailers to the public, the students have created photo collages of their new businesses.  With a handy iPhone that photo streamed to the iPad app Pic Stitch, students created the perfect collages to go along with their blog posts.  Here is a collage of some students busy putting their promotional photos together!

Food Truck Friday Has Arrived!

We have been busy building our food truck models!  They are amazing!  Wait til you check out the details! Our menus are created and our samples have been made!  At our Valentine's Day Party this afternoon, we will introduce our food trucks and give everyone a preview to our brand new businesses with free samples!  Pictures and introductions to come next week!
